In this position, you will drive strategic leadership to maximize occupancy and property value through disciplined revenue management, oversee capital projects to ensure building systems remain at peak standards, and act as the definitive lead during building emergencies.
Beyond operations, you will partner with leadership on budgetary ownership, managing the full RFP and bidding process for service contracts to ensure vendors meet high-performance standards.
