As a Community Leasing Specialist, you will serve as the primary representative of our property, interacting directly with prospective and current residents. Your role is vital in marketing, showing, and leasing apartments while ensuring every applicant and resident receives courteous and prompt attention regarding leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
You will be the face of the community, conducting site tours to introduce prospects to our amenities and model units. Beyond leasing, you will play an active role in day-to-day operations, from managing phone inquiries and work orders to planning resident functions and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position requires a blend of sales acumen and customer service excellence, as you will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating lease renewals, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience for new residents.
Candidates selected for this role will be required to complete in-house training within the first 90 days of employment. We look for individuals who demonstrate a passion for their work, maintain a pleasant demeanor, and exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit consistent with our vision and core values.
