The Assistant Community Manager serves as a vital partner to the Community Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for the work who demonstrate a pleasant demeanor and a desire for success. You will act with an entrepreneurial spirit, embodying our vision and core values to make the working environment enjoyable for both yourself and others.
In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for resident relations, working to create and maintain positive relationships that resolve issues quickly and make the property a pleasant place to live. Your day will involve a blend of administrative precision and community engagement, from collecting and posting rent payments to coordinating annual recertifications and health and safety inspections. You will also play a key role in leasing efforts, pre-qualifying prospects, showing apartments, and developing marketing strategies to improve operations and profitability.
Candidates selected for this role are expected to complete in-house training within the first 90 days of employment.
