Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOperate property to achieve budgeted revenue and occupancy goals
- check_circleRepresent the Authority in court proceedings and grievance hearings
- check_circleScreen applicants and prepare accurate rental paperwork
- check_circleEnsure compliance with affordable housing programs and regulations
- check_circleHandle resident inquiries and service requests via telephone
- check_circleInspect grounds and units for safety, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions
- check_circleProcess payments, collect delinquent rents, and submit financial reports
- check_circleCounsel residents on lease violations and mediate disputes
- check_circleMonitor unit turnaround times and vacancy standards
- check_circleReport safety hazards and assist in their timely correction
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School graduate or GED equivalent
- verified1 year of experience in affordable property management
- verifiedValid Texas Driver License
