About the Role
This position is central to our goal of sustainability: selling new services and re-selling the value of existing clientele. Through inspections, estimates, new sales, and service delivery, you will directly influence customer attrition and new customer growth. We believe that "customer service" is not just a department, but everyone's job. When this service is performed to a standard of excellence with a great attitude, everyone wins.
You will be trained through Insight's online University Program and monitored by the Service Manager and Lead Technician. The role requires regular interaction with customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate service details in a courteous, respectful, and friendly manner. While the position involves working outdoors, lifting up to 50lbs, and performing physical tasks like drilling and trenching, we provide comprehensive classroom and field training to ensure you feel capable and confident to excel.

Requirements
