About the Role
As a Superintendent, you will manage all functions of the job site as it relates to home construction while providing excellent customer service. You will oversee the construction of multiple homes from permit to closing, serving as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, inspections, and homeowner interactions. Your day will involve scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, conducting homeowner walk-throughs, and ensuring all work complies with local, state, and federal building codes as well as company standards. You will be responsible for maintaining community cleanliness, managing the post-close warranty process, and fostering a strong environment of proactive issue resolution between sales, management, and the construction team.

- check_circleSchedule and supervise subcontractors for all phases of construction
- check_circleManage the post-close warranty process by assessing requests and scheduling repairs
- check_circleManage the customer experience through regular communication, orientation, and walk-throughs
- check_circleCollaborate with sales and management teams to resolve issues and maintain quality standards
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verifiedTwo to four years related experience
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedAbility to read construction documents and drawings
- verifiedKnowledge of building codes and municipal permitting
- verifiedProficiency with MS Office
- verifiedAbility to use DRH Construction applications on mobile devices
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college. Ability to work effectively in a high pressure and high production environment.
