About the Role
As a Crawlspace Encapsulation Technician, you play a critical role in protecting and improving the health of our customers' homes from the ground up. Your primary focus is installing high-quality encapsulation systems designed to control moisture, improve air quality, and prevent structural damage.
A typical day involves working in crawlspaces to assess conditions and execute full encapsulation installs. You will prepare surfaces, install vapor barriers, seal vents and entry points, and ensure proper drainage and moisture control systems are in place. Beyond the technical installation, you will communicate directly with customers to explain the work being completed, answer questions, and ensure they understand the long-term value of protecting their home. You will also identify opportunities for additional services, supporting the overall customer experience and company growth.
