About the Role

This is a leadership opportunity in the field, not just a job. As a Field Manager, you will serve as the on-site leader, entrusted to uphold our reputation while managing active construction sites from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. You will deliver projects safely, on time, and above expectations, representing a values-driven team with a client-first mindset.

You will be part of an award-winning, supportive environment where your leadership and accountability truly matter. In this role, you will build homes and spaces you can be proud of while fostering relationships that last. The position requires a hands-on approach, including physical activity such as climbing ladders, working on roofs and crawlspaces, and lifting up to 80 lbs, ensuring you are fully immersed in the construction process across Western NC.
