We shine brightest when we rise to the challenge of changing lives through education, cultivating bright, curious minds, and achieving award-winning results while upholding our values.

Education is not a spectator sport. We thrive when engaging positively with our students, parents, and communities. Every team member, from support staff to leadership, shares knowledge, skills, and a passion for helping others learn and perform their best.

About the Role

The Community Education Site Coordinator serves as the lead administrator for campus Community Education programs, including Preschool, Legacy Kids Care (LKC), and the Kindergarten Education Enrichment Program (KEEP). This role is designed to ensure the highest standards of care and education by implementing policies, managing staff, and overseeing daily operations.

As the primary point of contact for these programs, you will address concerns regarding staff and students, validate curriculum fidelity, and ensure strict adherence to state safety and compliance standards. Your day-to-day involves fostering a positive culture, managing enrollment, and creating meaningful memories for students and families. You will act as a direct supervisor for Preschool staff, guiding them through hiring, training, and performance reviews to meet all licensing requirements.

Benefits & Culture

We encourage our team members to work hard, learn, have fun, and always do their best. In return, we offer industry-leading pay, rewards, and referral bonuses. We care for your health and family with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, discounted onsite childcare, and student enrollment priority. We also invest in your future with retirement plans, promotion opportunities, training, mentoring, and tuition reimbursement.

Application & Hiring Process

To join our mission-driven team, please apply today. All candidates are required to pass a criminal history background check and must be able to obtain and hold a valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
