The Community Education Site Coordinator serves as the lead administrator for campus Community Education programs, including Preschool, Legacy Kids Care (LKC), and the Kindergarten Education Enrichment Program (KEEP). This role is designed to implement policies, manage staff, and oversee daily operations to ensure the school meets all safety and compliance standards set by state law.
As the primary point of contact for these programs, you will address concerns regarding staff and students, validate curriculum fidelity, and foster a culture of meaningful memories. You will act as the direct supervisor for Preschool staff, managing hiring, remediation, and dismissal while conducting annual reviews. Your day-to-day involves monitoring enrollment, creating staff schedules that maintain required child-to-staff ratios, and ensuring all staff are trained on essential duties, safety procedures, and licensing requirements.
Candidates for this position will be required to pass a criminal history background check and must be able to obtain and hold a valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card at all times.
