About the Role

The Enrollment Manager, New Jersey, serves as a vital operational partner for Mastery's Camden schools. In this role, you will support enrollment operations, manage critical data systems, and execute recruitment strategies designed to expand access to excellent public education. You will act as the primary point of contact for school-based staff, troubleshooting enrollment issues and ensuring the seamless flow of student data between systems. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and deeply passionate about the Camden community landscape. You will drive a data-driven culture that enhances staff efficiency and directly contributes to student success.
