At Ruahmah J. Hutchings Elementary School, the Special Education Teacher (EI Program) serves as a cornerstone of a community dedicated to learner success. The position exists to ensure that instruction is not only aligned with district-approved curriculum and state standards but is also deeply personalized to meet individual learning needs, interests, and abilities.
As a member of the Howell Public Schools faculty, you will continuously improve your practice through professional learning and active collaboration with peers. Your day involves supervising students, developing engaging lessons, and utilizing established curriculum to foster growth. A critical component of this role is maintaining high levels of communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing, ensuring that families are partners in their child's educational journey.
