As a Lead Teacher, you will be the cornerstone of our classroom community, fostering a nurturing environment where children thrive and families feel connected. Your mission is to facilitate meaningful developmental growth while building strong, trusting relationships between our teaching staff and the families we serve.
In this role, you will go beyond daily instruction to create a dynamic learning space that reflects each child's unique progress and interests. You will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of the classroom, ensuring that every activity is developmentally appropriate and engaging. Your day will involve planning educational activities, managing classroom dynamics, and conducting ongoing evaluations to track and support each child's journey.
Communication is key to your success. You will maintain open, ongoing dialogue with families, organizing periodic conferences to discuss developmental progress, needs, and interests. By providing a classroom environment that actively encourages parent participation, you will help families build lasting connections with our teaching team. Additionally, you will craft weekly newsletters and calendars to keep everyone informed and engaged with our educational activities.
