About the Role
The Community Director will serve as the face of the Kiln brand in Manhattan Beach, CA. This role is designed to lead the curation of a vibrant community while recruiting and managing a first-rate team to ensure all aspects of the site run seamlessly. The goal is to provide a dynamic and frictionless working environment where members feel valued and supported.
As a Community Director, you will be more than just a manager; you will be a connector, a master of operations, a sales driver, a leader, a local tastemaker, and a hospitality enthusiast. You will design and implement community initiatives that foster connections, drive financial growth through membership sales and event revenue, and oversee site operations to ensure operational excellence. You will actively participate in the local entrepreneurial ecosystem, network with businesses, and manage a robust calendar of events that balances educational programming with member appreciation.
