About the Role

We are seeking a National Account Manager for South Los Angeles to join our first-class sales team. This pivotal role operates within high-density Ulta and Sephora retail markets, managing the Dermalogica retail and service business for approximately 25 in-person stores. You will provide onsite support at various intervals—weekly, monthly, or quarterly—spearheading retail and service growth within these storefronts.

Your mission is to craft strategic alliances at all management tiers of Ulta and Sephora, ensuring the Dermalogica brand thrives. This position requires a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment where you will work alongside team members to train in-store staff. You will be the bridge between our brand and the retail partners, ensuring a harmonized in-store message and driving collaboration through quarterly reviews with district and senior management teams.
