About the Role

We are seeking a National Account Manager for South Los Angeles to join our first-class sales team. This role is pivotal within high-density Ulta and Sephora retail markets. You will manage the Dermalogica retail and service business for approximately 25 in-person stores, providing onsite support at various intervals ranging from weekly to quarterly.

Your mission is to spearhead retail and service growth within these storefronts by crafting strategic alliances at all management tiers. You will work closely with store and district management teams to drive collaboration, ensuring the Dermalogica brand thrives. This position requires a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment where you will train in-store staff and handle multiple tasks under pressure. Availability to work high-traffic retail days, including Saturdays and Sundays, is required.
