About the Role

We are seeking a National Account Manager for South Los Angeles to join our first-class sales team. This role is pivotal within high-density Ulta and Sephora retail markets. You will manage the Dermalogica retail and service business for approximately 25 in-person stores, providing onsite support at various intervals (weekly, monthly, or quarterly).

Your mission is to spearhead retail and service growth within these storefronts by crafting strategic alliances at all management tiers, ensuring the Dermalogica brand thrives. You will act as a forward-thinker and problem-solver in a fast-paced, agile environment, collaborating with store management and Professional Skin Therapists to drive collaboration and support. This position requires a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude, enjoying working alongside team members and training in-store staff to ensure a harmonized in-store message and successful target achievement.
