Seed House Project is a 501(c)(3) organization based in Northridge, Los Angeles, dedicated to ending youth homelessness through a unique "Hope & Housing Accelerator Program." We operate on the belief that homelessness begins with the absence of hope, not just the absence of a home. Our mission is to provide Transitional Age Youth (TAY) with physical housing, psychological wrap-around services, and personal development support to help them find employment, housing, and a lasting sense of purpose.
Our Northridge location is literally the founder's family home, fostering a culture where we view our youth members as family. We have a proven track record, with 78% of former members maintaining independent housing and employment after completing our program. We partner with Village Family Services, Guardian Scholars, and various local colleges and service providers to create a robust support network.
We are committed to staff wellness and development, creating an environment built on collaboration, transparent communication, and career growth. We value "underdogs" with a fighting spirit and believe that everyone has the potential to transform their trauma into a divine purpose.

Seed House Project is a non-profit organization based in Los Angeles, CA, dedicated to supporting system-impacted youth in their transition from survival to self-actualization. The organization operates on the principle that housing is the foundation for healing rather than the final solution. By utilizing a Housing First model, Seed House Project provides immediate access to safe and stable living environments without imposing preconditions. This approach ensures that young people have a secure base from which to address broader developmental needs.
The organization distinguishes itself by offering a comprehensive, whole-person strategy that extends well beyond basic shelter. Once immediate housing needs are met, the focus shifts to cultivating emotional well-being, life skills, and a strong sense of community. Seed House Project addresses gaps often found in traditional systems, such as the lack of training in conflict resolution, emotional regulation, financial management, and self-advocacy. The goal is to equip youth with the practical competencies required to navigate relationships, manage time, and plan for a future they believe in.
By integrating housing with personal development support, Seed House Project aims to foster independence and purpose. The organization operates on the belief that true stability requires connection, safety, and empowerment, not just a roof overhead. This model seeks to transform temporary housing into a catalyst for long-term personal growth and successful reintegration into society.
