About the Role
DSI Real Estate Group is seeking a dedicated Community Apartment Manager to lead our residential community in Waunakee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will create a positive living experience for our tenants by fostering strong relationships and managing day-to-day community operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring service excellence in every interaction while overseeing the full leasing lifecycle from tours to move-ins.
Your day will involve balancing administrative precision with community engagement. You will cultivate local connections to enhance tenant benefits, conduct market studies to optimize rental strategies, and collaborate with the corporate office on annual budgets. From inspecting common areas and managing maintenance workflows to collecting rent and handling renewals, you will ensure the community runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
