The Communications Coordinator is an entry-level role designed to support internal and external communications for the Operating Company. This position is essential for ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging across the organization. You will provide day-to-day execution support for executive communications, business updates, and enterprise initiatives while assisting with content creation, social media management, and media relations.
In this role, you will serve as a vital link between leadership and the broader workforce, helping to draft and edit a wide range of materials including emails, newsletters, and web content. You will also be a key member of the Public Information Officer (PIO) team, stepping in during outage and restoration events to help manage communication flow, which may occasionally require evening or weekend availability.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and proofreading ability.
