About the Role
The Marketing Intern serves as a vital support pillar for our Chief Development Officer, Marketing Supervisor, and Marketing Officer. This role offers a well-rounded introduction to nonprofit marketing and social media strategy, designed for students eager to contribute to a mission-driven environment. You will be the bridge between our programs and our audience, helping to gather content, monitor social media activity, and conduct research on market trends.
Your day-to-day work will involve supporting the development of content calendars, creating visual assets using brand guidelines, and assisting with the organization of digital and print materials. From photographing events to proofreading newsletters, you will gain hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of nonprofit communications. This position is ideal for those who are professional, reliable, and passionate about making a difference through effective storytelling.

Requirements
- verifiedCurrently enrolled undergraduate or graduate college student
- verifiedEmphasis in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or Public Relations
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- verifiedBasic understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms, and digital content strategies
- verifiedMust meet the State's Moral Character standard
