About the Role
Under the direction of the Commissary Manager, the Commissary Supervisor coordinates the jail commissary operations to ensure each location receives the correct product. This role is vital for maintaining high standards of customer service while managing the flow of merchandise from receiving to storage and display. The Supervisor orchestrates daily tasks, coordinates special projects such as holidays and events, and ensures the team utilizes the point-of-sale system effectively. It is a dynamic position where developing new skills and adapting to changing job duties make a positive impact for employees and customers alike.
