The Salesforce Lead is embedded within the Fuels Marketing department, serving as the critical bridge between the commercial organization and IT. This role is not about IT ownership; it is about ensuring Salesforce and related tools directly enable revenue growth, margin optimization, and operational efficiency. The focus is on translating business needs into scalable technology solutions that drive adoption and reflect real-time market dynamics.
You will act as the primary interface between Fuels Marketing and the Global Salesforce Product team, translating commercial strategies into clear, actionable requirements. Your mission is to ensure the technology framework supports how the business actually operates, not just theoretical workflows.
In this role, you will drive the optimization of Salesforce from a business perspective, advocating for simplified workflows that enable speed and usability for the sales team. You will define fuels-specific core dashboards and KPIs to create a "single source of truth" for commercial data, translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership. By partnering with cross-functional teams in pricing, supply, credit, and customer service, you will ensure tools align with real-world deal structures and market execution.
Your day-to-day involves continuous improvement: identifying gaps in current systems, leading iterative enhancements, and driving adoption across sales teams. You will facilitate training, refine user experiences based on field feedback, and be a fact-based advocate for Salesforce use, ensuring tools are not just built, but actively used to improve win rates and customer retention.
