About the Opportunity
One of the top construction companies in the industry is seeking an experienced Commercial Federal Construction Superintendent for a significant Federal project. The Role
As the Commercial Federal Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of daily commercial construction site operations. You will coordinate and supervise all construction activities, directing field personnel to ensure the project is completed on schedule. The position requires maintaining open, daily communication with Project Managers and administrative staff, as well as creating and updating project schedules to guarantee on-time delivery.
You will evaluate the effectiveness of field personnel and crews, complete daily reports and timesheets, and attend necessary on-site and off-site meetings. A key part of your mission is promoting safety practices and procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and specific Federal standards such as CQM, EM-385, or USACE guidelines.
