The Role
As the Commercial Federal Construction Superintendent, you will serve as the primary leader for daily site operations. Your mission is to plan and execute construction activities with precision, ensuring the project is completed on schedule. You will direct all field personnel, evaluate crew performance, and maintain open, daily communication with Project Managers and administrative staff. The position requires a proactive approach to safety, ensuring strict adherence to OSHA regulations and promoting a culture of safety across the job site.
