As the Construction Superintendent, you will be the central figure responsible for the planning and execution of daily commercial construction site operations. You will coordinate and supervise all construction activities, directing field personnel to ensure the project is completed on schedule. Your day-to-day involves maintaining open, daily communication with Project Managers and administrative staff, creating and updating project schedules, and evaluating the performance of field crews. You will also be responsible for completing daily reports and timesheets, attending necessary meetings, and actively promoting safety practices and procedures.
