The Role

This position is designed for a dedicated professional to manage an established book of business assigned specifically to them. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a commercial client base, conducting consultative conversations to establish and maintain strong carrier and client relationships. Your day-to-day involves ensuring the smooth administration of insurance documents, including renewals, summaries, binders, certificates, policies, and proposals, all within designated timelines.

Beyond administration, you will drive growth by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and preparing complete marketing submissions for existing clients as needed. You will handle the full spectrum of renewal processes, from obtaining non-marketed quotes from existing carriers to managing non-renewals and cancellations for cause. This role requires a methodical yet swift decision-maker who can work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining precise communication.
