About the Role
We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our team in the Sacramento, California area. This regional position focuses on servicing and repairing heavy commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, water-cooled systems, and Liebert systems. It is a fast-paced, rewarding role designed for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, and highly motivated to learn and grow within the HVAC industry.
As a technician, you will operate within an independent work structure, traveling extensively to remote sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex systems. The role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to respond to service calls, including emergency call-outs, in a timely manner. You will be part of a culture that prioritizes safety above all else, ensuring compliance with OSHA, FCC, FAA, and EPA standards while working in diverse environments, including exposure to ambient outdoor temperatures.
