About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced chiller technician to join our fast-growing applied chiller service team in Central Texas (Austin) and the surrounding area. In this role, you will be the backbone of our service operations, ensuring the reliability of critical commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. You will partner with a collaborative team to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of systems, including air and water-cooled chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and hydronic systems.
Your day will involve utilizing the latest digital tools to record progress and redeem customer commitments in a professional, transparent, and timely manner. Depending on your experience, you will also have the opportunity to mentor junior technicians and support the team culture. We value a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, looking for individuals who are eager to learn, competitive, and dedicated to helping both team members and customers succeed.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates should submit their application directly. We look for individuals who possess the required EPA certification and TDLR technician registration, along with a background in commercial HVAC or a graduate of an HVAC trade school program.
