About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is designed for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in service and repair, specifically focusing on commercial water source heat pump units, VRF units, G/E and H/P package units, and maintenance for commercial facilities and warehouse structures. You will also handle mini-split systems, multi-split VRFs, and high-efficiency split systems.
In this position, you will perform service, repair, maintenance, and select demo and retrofit work for heating and air conditioning services across commercial, residential, and multi-family establishments. The ideal candidate is a team player who is comfortable working independently, holds an EPA certification, and possesses some sales experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in completing jobs and goals with efficiency, enjoys a positive environment, and loves the feeling of a job well done.
