You will join a dedicated team of 10 technicians within a high-rise building environment. This collaborative and professional atmosphere values your skills and expertise as you work alongside peers to maintain critical building systems.
As a Building Engineer, you will be the frontline guardian of the facility's infrastructure. Your mission is to ensure the seamless operation of plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems through proactive preventative maintenance and rapid troubleshooting. You will not only repair and adjust building automation systems (BAS, EMS, or ATC) but also oversee the quality control of subcontractors performing specialized maintenance. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical skill and administrative diligence, as you will report all modifications and repairs into the CMMS for review while maintaining an organized inventory of tools and supplies.
