About the Role
As a Senior/Lead HVAC Service Technician, you will serve as a front-line technical leader for our commercial operations in Corpus Christi, TX. This role exists to ensure the reliability of advanced and complex HVAC systems while fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the field team.
In this position, you will not only diagnose, service, and repair large-scale equipment but also guide junior technicians through troubleshooting and maintenance challenges. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, explaining technical work clearly to build long-term relationships. Your day will involve coordinating subcontractors, managing inventory on service vehicles, and utilizing mobile reporting software to keep internal stakeholders informed. Whether working on split systems, VRF heat pumps, or large rooftop units, you will apply your expertise to solve complex problems while maintaining the highest safety and ethical standards.

Requirements
