About the Role

As a Commercial Senior Superintendent, you will direct the workflow of the project on-site, serving as the primary leader for the construction project. You will act as the vital liaison between project team members, promoting the interests of both the business and our clients while demonstrating the characteristics of a mid-level leader. Your mission is to ensure the project adheres to the schedule and HITT's rigorous safety and quality standards.

In this role, you will foster strong working relationships with all subcontractors and the local community, ensuring fair treatment and developing connections that enhance business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to formulate schedules, ensuring proper methods and sequences of installation are followed. From managing daily logs and site conditions to organizing the site team and expediting long-lead items, you will be the driving force behind a safe, efficient, and high-quality jobsite.

Requirements

Nice to Have

Tenant renovations, service work, work in occupied spaces, weekend work, fast paced project experience. Previous experience in a superintendent or project lead. OSHA 30 Certification.
