About the Role

As a Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will direct the workflow of the project on site, serving as the primary leader for the construction project. You will act as the vital liaison between project team members, promoting the interests of both the business and our clients while demonstrating the characteristics of a mid-level leader. Your role is to communicate project priorities to site staff and all subcontractors, ensuring that HITT safety and quality standards are met across all aspects of the project.

In this fast-paced environment, you will manage a safe jobsite, maintain daily logs of activities and site conditions, and lead the punch list and closeout process through owner and architect acceptance. You will collaborate closely with the project manager to formulate project schedules, ensuring proper methods and sequences of installation are followed. Beyond technical execution, you will develop and organize the site team, arrange temporary facilities, and foster strong working relationships with subcontractors and the local community to enhance business opportunities.

Requirements

verifiedFour-year degree in construction, engineering, or business (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

Tenant renovations, service work, work in occupied spaces, weekend work, fast paced project experience. Previous experience in a superintendent or project lead role. OSHA 30 Certification.
