About the Role
As a Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager (APM) for our Mission Critical team, you will obtain, evaluate, coordinate, and distribute the information and authorizations necessary to construct projects on time, within budget, and to the specified quality. This role is designed to protect and promote the interests of both the business and the client in all matters while demonstrating the personal characteristics of a beginner-level leader.
Most team members serve as APMs for two to six years, utilizing this period to master sector-specific software systems and develop a deep understanding of how pieces and processes fit into the bigger business model. You will collaborate closely with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the life of the project, ensuring adherence to HITT's standards of safety and quality.

Candidates selected for an interview will be evaluated based on their professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training. The determination of salary is based on these individual factors, with the base salary range for this position in New York City being $84,700.00 - $121,000.00.
