The Assistant Project Manager (APM) serves as a beginner-level leader dedicated to obtaining, evaluating, coordinating, and distributing the information and authorizations necessary to construct projects on time, within budget, and to the specified quality. This role is critical for protecting and promoting the interests of both the business and the client in all matters.\n While learning paths, growth, and promotional opportunities vary, most team members serve as APMs for two to six years. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the life of the project, ensuring adherence to HITT's standards of safety and quality.
