In this capacity, you will own account plans for strategic commercial accounts, focusing on larger deals and portfolio management. The role involves mapping complex customer requirements to the most suitable direct or indirect supply chain options, effectively selling the organization's offerings to expand market share. You will engage strategically with partners to improve win rates and lead contract negotiations with a proactive approach to ensure profitable deals and lasting positive relationships.

You will conduct regular strategic business reviews with key clients to assess long-term goals and gather feedback, proactively identifying areas for improvement. By analyzing key performance indicators and market trends, you will provide strategic insights to senior management to optimize sales performance.
The role requires managing the sales pipeline with precision, entering and updating opportunities in the pipeline tool, and implementing robust pipeline management practices. You will develop and execute sales strategies, territory account plans, and market penetration strategies to drive significant revenue growth. Success in this role involves consistently achieving and managing quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales quotas while fostering a culture of results orientation and customer centricity.
