As a Sales Account Executive, you will be the vital connection between Lamar and the communities we serve. This role exists to bring innovative outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Clarksville, TN, and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for developing long-term advertising relationships that grow not only Lamar's advertising sales but also our relationships within the community.
A day in your life will involve a blend of office work and field sales. You will target businesses in your assigned area, visit established clients, and identify potential growth areas to open new accounts. You will utilize our tools to locate prospects, prepare proposals, and present to clients regularly. Beyond sales, you will actively participate in sales meetings, regional seminars, and trade shows while maintaining organized records of client activity and resolving production issues. We are looking for someone who genuinely gets excited with each and every sale and understands the connection between marketing and sales.
