About the Role
As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction. Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleObserve patients for physical and psychological abnormalities and report findings to the RN
- check_circleAssist with patient mobility and transfers using appropriate lift equipment
- check_circlePrioritize nursing care and departmental duties based on individual patient needs
- check_circlePerform emergency medical procedures such as basic cardiac life support (BLS)
- check_circleReport outcomes of care and patient status to the RN in a timely manner
- check_circleRespect and maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
- check_circleProvide direct patient care including vital signs, I&O, and ADLs per hospital policy
Requirements
