About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This position is instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting our nursing staff, and fostering a safe, clean environment for our patients. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional who excels in a fast-paced setting and is deeply committed to the well-being of those we serve.
In this role, you will go beyond basic care duties to train and mentor junior CNAs and auxiliary staff. You will work closely with patients and their families, providing compassionate support and clear information while assisting in the implementation of individualized care plans. Your ability to monitor patient symptoms, record vital signs, and communicate effectively will be vital to our shared goal of excellence in care.
