About the Role

As a Nurse Assistant, you will be the backbone of direct patient care, working closely under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced medical setting and are passionate about providing holistic care. Your day will involve a blend of essential clinical tasks and human connection, from assisting patients with daily activities like bathing, grooming, and feeding to monitoring vital signs and reporting critical changes to the nursing team. You will also support the flow of care by assisting with admissions, discharges, specimen collection, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for patients and families. Beyond the clinical duties, you will serve as a vital communication link, offering emotional support and clear updates to patients and their loved ones while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote positive health outcomes.
