About the Role

As a Nurse Assistant, you will be the backbone of our patient care experience, providing direct, hands-on support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This role exists to ensure patients receive the dignity, comfort, and safety they deserve throughout their hospital stay. From the moment a patient arrives for admission to their discharge, you will be instrumental in managing their daily needs, including hygiene, mobility assistance, and emotional support.

Your day will involve a dynamic blend of clinical and interpersonal tasks. You will measure and record vital signs, monitor intake and output, and assist with specimen collection and equipment setup. Beyond the clinical duties, you will be a key communicator, offering clear updates to nursing staff regarding patient status changes and providing reassurance to patients and their families. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, adhering strictly to infection control and safety protocols.
