About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CMM Programmer to join our Quality team in the Greater Los Angeles Area. This position is vital to our mission of delivering high-precision aerospace and defense components that meet rigorous customer and regulatory standards.
Working with minimal supervision, you will serve as a key bridge between production, engineering, and inspection processes. Your day-to-day involves programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment, creating detailed work instructions, and performing complex inspections on parts and assemblies. You will ensure every component complies with strict quality protocols, from receiving inspections to final validation.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 5 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing
- verifiedStrong knowledge of AS9100 quality standards

- verifiedExperience with VERISURF and ROMER arm
- verifiedAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings
- verifiedProficiency with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- verifiedExperience with First Article Inspections (AS9102)
- verifiedExperience with receiving and source inspection
- verifiedProven ability to complete AS9102 FAI packages independently
Nice to Have
Experience with Dassault Systems ENOVIA PLM, CATIA CAD software, aerospace manufacturing experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and aerospace experience.
