About the Role

The Configuration Management (CM) Analyst I serves as a vital link within a cross-functional team, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of product and project documentation. In this role, you will work closely with various disciplines to create, review, analyze, track, edit, and process release documentation and PLM Changes (including ECOs, Deviations, ECRs, and MCOs) in strict adherence to Configuration Management processes.

Your day will involve shepherding PLM changes through to release, ensuring all documentation is thoroughly reviewed for accuracy before submission. You will develop a deep understanding of the company's products and CM processes while collaborating across functions to coordinate and track changes. This position requires effective interpersonal skills to work productively with others and the ability to solve practical problems within project schedules and budgets.
