The Clinical Trial Support Assistant is an essential operational role based onsite in Indianapolis, IN. You will provide vital support to teams managing investigation materials and clinical supply workflows. This position exists to ensure that study-related information, documents, and material status updates are accurately maintained and processed in a timely manner.
In this role, you will manage study supply data by inputting and updating information into approved databases, reviewing incoming documents for completeness, and tracking communications through shared inboxes. Your day-to-day involves maintaining electronic documents in an audit-ready state, following up on pending supply actions, and assisting with the consolidation of documents during study closeouts. You will also monitor material lifecycles, track retest reviews, and generate reports to support operational planning and leadership updates.
