About the Role

Located at Ascension St. Vincent in Evansville, IN, this Clinical Operations position offers a unique opportunity to provide advanced care, consultation, research, management, and education within a specific clinical area. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will serve as an expert consultant for staff in program development, clinical practice, and professional development. Your role involves defining, directing, and evaluating the nursing care and functions of clinical staff while managing clinical research projects to support evidence-based practice.

You will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational plans and programs, utilizing various methods and tools to measure the achievement of learning goals. Additionally, you may assess the learning needs of patients and families to develop and implement tailored teaching programs. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week day shift role with multiple positions available.
