As an Advanced Practice Provider II on the Hospitalist Nights team, you will serve as a vital resource and role model for clinical practice within our hospital. This position is designed to ensure optimal patient care quality by providing comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, education, and referrals for patients in designated primary or specialty areas.
In this role, you will not only manage complex patient cases but also actively contribute to the development of the team. You will assist leadership in assessing, planning, and implementing advanced practice provider activities while training, evaluating, and directly managing practitioners and students. Your work will be central to maintaining a collaborative learning environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
