At Mercy, we're committed to helping our nurses grow, thrive, and deliver exceptional care. The Clinical Nurse Educator supports this mission by leading unit‑based education, onboarding, competency programs, and ongoing professional development for coworkers. This role partners closely with clinical leaders and educators across the ministry to ensure our teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to care for our patients with excellence.
