About the Role
As an educator, you will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team committed to planning, aligning, and integrating curricula that are consistently assessed. Your day will involve creating rigorous and engaging lesson plans while maintaining a productive, safe, and focused learning environment. You will teach the adopted curriculum, including Uplift Education and International Baccalaureate components, ensuring all students meet appropriate standards through meaningful assessments and frequent feedback.
Beyond the classroom, you will serve as a supportive mentor, working closely with grade-level colleagues to address student issues and maintaining an open-door policy for parents and staff. You will also participate in school-wide duties, including chaperoning field trips and supporting various campus programs, all while upholding the core mission and values of Uplift Education.

Requirements
