Constellation Schools were founded in 2001 out of a community desire to offer an educational choice that balances academic achievement with life skills, character education, and social-emotional learning. Today, we comprise 15 learning communities operated by ACCEL Schools, one of the nation's leading charter school management companies. Our mission is to provide every child an opportunity to obtain an excellent education built on a foundation of character education for lifelong success.
We strive to create exceptional learning communities characterized by high expectations and academic excellence, where teachers are inspiring and committed to the success of every student. Our goal is to nurture students into actively engaged, life-long global learners who become responsible, compassionate, and involved world citizens. Our commitment to excellence has been recognized with awards including the US Department of Education's Blue Ribbon award and multiple School of Promise and Momentum awards from the Ohio Department of Education.
The School Office Manager serves as the vital hub of the Cleveland campus, managing all office functions and acting as the first point of contact for students, parents, and the general public. Reporting directly to the Principal, you will collaborate closely with school leadership to foster a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere that reflects our core values.
In this role, you will be the face of the school, greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and ensuring a clean, inviting environment. Your day will involve managing communications, coordinating events like Parent Orientations and Open Houses, and supporting enrollment goals through tours and information sessions. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of student records, ensuring full compliance with FERPA regulations and other federal, state, and local requirements. Beyond administrative duties, you will support human resource processes and coordinate logistics for transportation and meals, ensuring the school runs smoothly so our educators can focus on teaching.
Interested candidates are invited to apply with their resume and cover letter. The selection process typically includes an initial review of qualifications, followed by an interview with the Principal and relevant school leadership to discuss experience and cultural fit. Final candidates may be required to undergo federal and state criminal background checks (FBI/BCI) prior to an offer being extended.
